The 77th Annual Southwestern Regional Convention will be held March 30- April 2, 2023 in the city of Ft. Worth, Texas. The host hotel will be the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel. All business meetings will occur at the Convention Center adjacent to the host hotel. The room rates for the convention are $149 per night with free internet and convenient parking near the hotel. When making reservations, please notify the hotel registration receptionist that you are part of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The various early bird registrations begin December 4, 2022, and will run through January 4, 2023, followed by regular registration options. We are honored to offer our “50-year” Brothers (Brothers who have been members for 50 or more years)a flat registration rate throughout the various registration periods. Registration will end on March 9th, with a modified onsite registration (meeting only) option. All Brothers who are attending the convention must be fully vaccinated prior to arriving on site. For clarity, to be fully vaccinated means that you have taken the full regimen of the COVID-19 vaccine and allow two weeks to pass. This would be two shots for Pfizer and Moderna and one-shot for Johnson&Johnson.
