Submit a Request to the Southwestern Regional Vice President

Please submit your request at least 21 days before your event or the required response date to ensure your request receives full consideration. Our team typically reviews requests submitted 21 to 90 business days in advance. Due to the high volume of invitations and requests the Vice President receives, we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible, though we may be unable to fulfill all requests.

After your submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our scheduling portal. Once your request has been reviewed, the vice president’s team will follow up with you. Please monitor your email; a timely response may be required to finalize arrangements.
